Automation Developer

Starting Monthly Gross Salary: €2,500

We’re looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Automation Developer to join our growing team. This is a dynamic opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise technology—designing and delivering solutions that drive real business impact.

As part of our Technology function, you’ll collaborate across teams to identify automation opportunities, build and deploy intelligent systems, and maintain scalable solutions that support our strategic goals. You’ll work with platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, and Python, and contribute to the full lifecycle of AI and automation projects—from concept to optimisation.

What You’Ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots and AI models
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and analysts to shape solutions
• Build scalable data pipelines and integrate automation into enterprise systems
• Ensure compliance with governance and security standards
• Support production environments and contribute to incident resolution
• Document processes and support audit requirements

What You’Ll Bring

• Proven experience with UiPath, Power Platform, Python, and enterprise system integration
• Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques and model deployment
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• UiPath Developer Certification or equivalent experience
