At Comfort Keepers, we believe care coordination is more than logistics—it’s about elevating the human spirit. As an External Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be the face of our mission in the community, helping families navigate care decisions and ensuring services begin smoothly and confidently. You’ll also play a key role in expanding our caregiving team by engaging with local networks and representing Comfort Keepers at community events.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Guide families through the care journey—respond to inquiries, schedule visits, and help them feel confident in their decision to begin services
• Assess client and caregiver needs to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Coordinate schedules and resolve issues, keeping communication flowing between caregivers, families, and our internal team
• Support caregivers and families with training, guidance, and compassionate problem-solving
• Maintain compliance through accurate documentation and ongoing monitoring
• Represent Comfort Keepers in the community—engage with local organizations, attend events, and help identify potential caregiving talent
• Participate in on-call rotations and management meetings to drive continuous improvement
• Handle administrative tasks while bringing fresh ideas to care coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A natural ability to connect with people and think strategically
• Attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism
