As an External Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be the face of our mission in the community, helping families navigate care decisions and ensuring services begin smoothly and confidently. 🧭 What You’ll Do
- Guide families through the care journey—respond to inquiries, schedule visits, and help them feel confident in their decision to begin services
- Assess client and caregiver needs to ensure safe, high-quality care
- Coordinate schedules and resolve issues, keeping communication flowing between caregivers, families, and our internal team
- Support caregivers and families with training, guidance, and compassionate problem-solving
- Maintain compliance through accurate documentation and ongoing monitoring
- Represent Comfort Keepers in the community—engage with local organizations, attend events, and help identify potential caregiving talent
- Participate in on-call rotations and management meetings to drive continuous improvement
- Handle administrative tasks while bringing fresh ideas to care coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A natural ability to connect with people and think strategically
- Attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism
- Confidentiality, positivity, and a can-do attitude
- Building trust with staff, clients, and families
- Maintaining a professional image while uplifting team morale
