About This Role

Leads team of intermediate to experienced Accounting professionals, setting objectives and guiding others on execution of general accounting processes, such as inter-company cash, cash management, government accounting, financial reporting, project accounting, and / or balance sheet management. Develops and explains accounting procedures, and control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises accountants and / or support- level employees for a small organization to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
• Oversees activities related to general ledger preparation, government accounting activities, and / or projects, to assure timely completion and accuracy of accounting activities.
• Provides detailed financial analysis for a small-sized organization's operating results and proposed activities, and presents the analysis to management, in order to keep management updated and informed.
• Oversees implementation of monthly and quarterly financial and compliance processes, to ensure that all compliance requirements are adhered to.
• Develops and explains accounting policies, procedures, and control processes to ensure that policies are clear and understood by all.
• Oversees and implements medium-scale projects.
• Supervises internal and external audits, to ensure compliance and timely completion.

Basic Qualifications

• Bullet point 2-3 required qualifications - these are the MUST haves (candidates must meet these basic qualifications in order to pass the background check)
• 10+ MNC working experience
• 2yr+ factory finance experience
• Strong analytical skill with operation productivity analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bullet point 3-5 preferred qualifications - these are the NICE to haves but not requirements
• Experience with working capital optimization
