In Asia-Pacific, Crédit Agricole CIB has a local presence in nine markets: Australia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Indonesia and India. Leveraging this regional set-up and its global network, the Bank offers a comprehensive range of financial solutions and services supporting its clients thanks to its ESG and sectorial experts and all its business lines: Global Markets Division, Coverage and Investment banking, Energy and Real Asset financing, Corporate and Leverage Finance and International Trade & Transaction Banking.

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Hong Kong and our Operations, Premises & Country COOs (OPC) team as Operational Risk Analyst.

Your concrete missions will be the following

• Assist the ORM to coordinate and elaborate an independent control plan (level 2.2 control) in order to take into account main operational risks areas
• Perform a review of the control plan depending on changes in the controlled environment in terms of organization, internal rules, regulation…
• Perform the defined control, report the anomalies to ORM
• Coordinate the investigation operational incidents reported by OPC operational teams and follow implementation of actions plans
• Support the ORM to perform the operational risk mapping in relation with Asia RPC Operational Risk Management (MRO)
• Follow key risks indicators
• Monitor and report the level 1 and 2.1 controls through the permanent monitoring tool
• Prepare and maintain the Operational Risk Management KPI

To be eligible for a VIE: 

• Be less than 28 years old
• Be postgraduate of a Master degree
