Responsibilities

Your Role: Leading Through Vision and Execution

This is not a role for someone who only manages tasks — it is a role for someone who inspires, sets direction, and leads people with clarity and confidence.

You will carry full responsibility for development projects, from customer RFQs to serial production. That means ensuring cross-functional collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams; translating complex applications into tailored, competitive cooling solutions; and keeping projects on track in terms of cost, time, and quality.

But more than that, you will be the one to develop and empower your team — fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and innovation. You will represent NCS with confidence at customer visits, technical sales activities, industry exhibitions, and conferences, ensuring that we not only deliver solutions but also strengthen trust and partnerships.

Our Requirements

We imagine you as an experienced engineering leader with a proven track record of delivering OEM product development projects and managing international customer relationships.

You likely bring a background in mechanical engineering, thermodynamics, or fluid dynamics, combined with strong knowledge of Stage Gate models, APQP, and ISO 9001.

More importantly, you bring the mindset of a leader: structured yet creative, demanding yet supportive, business-driven yet people-focused.

You are proactive, decisive, and resilient — someone who thrives on responsibility and inspires confidence in those around you.
