About The Role
As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of 2 responsible for Category Management. You will own one of our categories and be responsible for building and executing local customer marketing plans for the Norwegian market. You will also play a key role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, driving category growth in prioritized channels, and building strong customer partnerships. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include leading the category planning process, contributing to pricing and promotion strategies, optimizing assortment, and overseeing customer marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the local Sales Team and Nordic Category Team.
The position is based in Oslo and reports to the Nordic Customer Marketing Director. The role carries the need for the occasional travel (up to 20% per year).
In Addition, You Will:
- Secure the Go to Market perspective of launches, setting and implementing strong plans related to relevant 7P for all channels both on- and offline.
- Analyze market, brand, and financial performance to identify growth opportunities and leverage insights and data to guide decision-making.
- Deliver operational excellence in customer collaboration, customer meetings, launch execution, shopper marketing and internal projects.
- Represent Norway in the regional Customer Marketing Management Team and the local Management Team, driving cross-market collaboration and best practice sharing.

- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within Customer Marketing (Category Management and/or Insights) and/or Sales, ideally from FMCG.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- Strong leadership experience, ideally from leading teams, projects or strategic processes.
