Core Responsibilities
- Field sales – Champion In‑Store Presence in Greece – Lead and inspire our merchandising agency to deliver world‑class brand execution. Ensure shelves are always well‑stocked, displays are vibrant and inviting, and secondary placements are positioned for maximum impact, creating an unforgettable LEGO shopping experience.
- Field sales - Elevate Retail Impact Through Collaboration – Partner closely with fellow sales colleagues to align field activities with strategic goals. Identify and act on opportunities to enhance visual merchandising, strengthen brand visibility, and drive sell‑through in key retail environments.
- Account management - Own and Grow Key Partner Accounts – Manage and develop strong, trust‑based relationships with wholesalers and distributors across Greece, Cyprus, Malta, and Gibraltar. Act as a strategic advisor, offering insights and solutions that help partners unlock new growth opportunities.
- Account management - Shape and Deliver Winning Business Plans – Build robust commercial and financial plans for each partner, including forecasts, promotional calendars, and investment strategies. Monitor results, adapt quickly to market changes, and ensure alignment with LEGO Group’s long‑term vision.
- Account management - Negotiate for Sustainable Success – Lead contract discussions with a focus on mutual value creation. Identify growth levers, introduce innovative sales initiatives, and champion continuous improvement to deliver lasting results for both LEGO and its partners.
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will join our newly established LEGO Hellas team, working alongside 4 sales colleagues, 3 marketing colleagues, and 1 operations colleague. Our small, close‑knit structure fosters strong collaboration while giving every team member the space to make their individual impact. You will report directly to the Country Manager and lead a team of 3 merchandising agency staff, supported by additional part‑time resources, to bring the LEGO brand to life across our markets.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven Field Sales & Account Management Experience - ideally within FMCG, toys or branded consumer goods
- Strong understanding of in‑store execution, planogram compliance, secondary placements, and visual merchandising guidelines
- Ability to prepare, present, and deliver commercial and financial plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and return on investment analysis
- Demonstrated success in negotiating agreements that drive growth while maintaining long‑term partner relationships
- Familiarity with Greek retail landscape and experience working with wholesalers /distributors + exposure to Cyprus, Malta, and Gibraltar markets is a plus
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems + being comfortable with data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust and foster strong partnerships internally and externally
- Native Greek and fluent English language skills
