Full Time
Job Description
Do you have a passion for the LEGO® products? Here’s your chance to help every LEGO product look its absolute best by coordinating, preparing for, and participating at production shoots for Life Style and Campaign communication material of our LEGO Product Portfolio.
In this role you will collaborate with partners across The LEGO Group, ensuring that photoshoots, commercials, and marketing material represent the products created within LEGO Design in the best possible way for our audiences.
The position is based in Billund, Denmark. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Specialist & Stylist you will be bridging between creative LEGO Model Designers and the teams bringing our products to life on screen and in photos. You will support translating the designers’ vision into a visual expression that captures the essence of LEGO product experience and storytelling.
In this role you will lead improvement of work methodology as a senior product specialist, working with key partners to maintain up-to-date operational guidelines. Moreover, you will:
- Act as the main contact for collaborators, being responsible for resource requests and workload tracking.
- Represent LEGO Design as a product specialist, ensuring accurate LEGO model builds and presentation on shoots, approving the product part in every picture/shot taken.
- Familiarize yourselves with the brief, making sure you're aligned with the flow of the shoot, and relevant requirements for each different type of shoot.
- Before the product shoots, engage with the LEGO Product Development teams, to understand the product to represent; what is the product and the product line characteristics (story line, DNA, Tone of voice, poses, functions and features).
- Collaborate with and support the creative Producers at the production photo/video shoot to ensure efficient and agile shoots, with presence, a positive, playful demeanor and an agile approach, contributing in a high pace set-up – keeping the overview and the attention to details.
- Document learnings and support continuous optimization of the Product Specialist and Stylist processes and set-up.
- Drive training of other LEGO Designers in how to efficiently support the product styling tasks.
- Role model how to proactively plan and drive continuous adjustment and process improvement across different parts of the organization.
