We are looking for a field-based sales professional specializing in complex, engineered solutions for sustained power, heating & cooling needs across two or more sectors to cover the North West region from Timisoara to Cluj.
Detailed Description:
The ideal candidate will drive significant revenue growth through versatile sales approach covering both new business development and existing account expansion across multiple industry sectors.
You will be responsible for deep technical discovery, collaborative solution development, and building multi-level stakeholder relationships over varying sales cycles.
You are able to manage opportunities ranging from short-term solutions rentals to complex, multi-year long term solutions, requiring exceptional adaptability and diverse skill set
Responsibilities
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
Service Existing Clients
- Effectively demonstrate engineered solutions for sustained power, heating & cooling
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Subscription to private medical clinic
- Life & health insurance
- Meal vouchers | nominal value of meal voucher = 35 RON / per working day
- Annual leave: 21 days
