Job Description
We are looking for a consumer goods focused, commercially aware and analytically savvy individual based in London or Billund who loves to collaborate with people to drive strategic (critical) initiatives passionate about improving growth and delivering high value for retail partners. Come and join our team, not only will you be a key player leading processes from development to deployment but will also partner with a high performing commercial Business Units in France-Iberia, UK-Ireland and Italy co-developing trade investment strategies, supporting digital transformation in trade management, and implementing promotional guidelines for B2B customers (French as well as English language skills would be of benefit).

Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration: Co-develop and define the regional trade investment strategy, ensuring that the Business Unit's direction aligns seamlessly with channel strategy and The LEGO Group's growth ambitions.
- Digital Transformation: Support the digitalization path of trade investment management across sales teams, driving innovation in our processes; and bringing insights to the business.
- Promotional Guidance: Define and implement promotional guidelines that guide our Western Europe B2B customers, collaborating closely with internal global partners to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Process Leadership: Lead internal processes from the development phase to deployment, demonstrating a dedication to continuous improvement and commercial mentality.

The role sits within the Regional Commercial Development team playing a pivotal role in realising our strategic goals and driving the channel and retail excellence agenda across key local customers to drive long-term consumer sales impact.
Do you have what it takes?
- Relevant Experience: Proven exposure to similar roles within FMCG/CPG, such as revenue management, commercial excellence, sales controlling, or key account management.
- Exposure to senior commercial leadership teams is an advantage in this role.
- A strategic approach with an ability to think conceptually yet actionable and drive regional and global strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, analytical capabilities, and solid experience in data mining.
- Project Management: Demonstrated project management experience, with a successful record in cross-functional and cross-regional projects.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage partners at all levels playing both a challenger and supporter, providing strategic insights.
- Training & Presentation: Ability to facilitate training/deployments and effectively present to various groups, including senior management.
- Language Proficiency: Strong professional proficiency in English is essential; a professional working knowledge of French is a benefit, as is Italian
- A strong proven understanding of MS Excel, prior use of SAP and Business Warehouse related platforms preferred (knowledge of Power BI is a big plus)
- Ability to work 3 days per week in the office (2 days from home)
