The Facilities Coordinator/Concierge provides front-line customer service by assisting guests, tenants, or visitors with inquiries, bookings, and general requests. This role ensures a welcoming environment, coordinates services such as transportation or reservations, and supports daily operations to deliver a seamless and professional experience.

About The Role:

  • Welcome and assist guests, tenants, or visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about the property and surrounding area.
  • Coordinate and book transportation, dining, events, and other reservations as requested.
  • Liaise with building management, security, and maintenance teams to address resident or tenant requests promptly.
  • Support reception and facilities teams with administrative or operational tasks when needed.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification; hospitality or business-related fields preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-of-house roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a customer-first attitude.
