We have multiple locations for Merchandising Interns, in the interview process, you will be asked for your location preference between Omaha, Nebraska and Overland Park, Kansas.

Internship Program Overview:

At Scoular, we are dedicated to developing young to support our customers and partners around the world.  Scoular interns gain real life experiences while learning the ins and outs of our businesses and solutions. During the 11-week program, interns create a true impact on our business by building relationships with customers, immersing themselves with our culture and working alongside team members.

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree and excited to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment.
• Ability to travel internationally - must have a valid US Passport.
• Spanish and English Bilingual
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset—you’re always seeking ways to innovate, improve processes, and drive results.
• Strong communicator with a customer-first approach, ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and productive.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume settings, managing multiple priorities with confidence and agility.

After The Internship:

Our goal is to hire our interns permanently after they graduate into a full-time position and as part of our Pathways Development Program.  This program is a two-year development program designed just for new graduates like you! You'll dive into an immersive, fast-paced learning experience that combines diverse hands-on opportunities, active networking, and continuous education. By the end of the program, you’ll not only have a comprehensive understanding of Scoular's business but also the confidence and skills to seize endless possibilities within.
