Team Leader Horticultural Maintenance

Glascott are seeking a Team Leader Horticultural Maintenance for our high-performing and friendly team covering the Northern Beaches area based out of Cromer.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons
• Client liaison and relationship building
• Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
• Supporting various landscape management duties as required, including:

• Mowing

• Mulching

• Pruning

• Pest and disease identification
• Hedging and weeding
• Machinery operation, care, and maintenance

About You:

• Horticulture Qualification

• Manual drivers licence
• Valid white card

• Chemcert

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service focus is essential
• Prior experience leading a highly engaged team
