Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will:

• Take responsibility for delivering high-complexity feature tasks within agreed timelines.
• Make technology choices at individual level and analyze impact
• Provide technical help to an agile team of 5-7
• Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards
• Contribute to automated testing by developing tests for assigned components and end-to-end workflows.
• Participate in software delivery within a global environment
• Participate in documentation activities for quality management purposes.
• Understand performance parameters and application performance
• Work closely with Product Owners (POs) and architects to understand product requirements & vision
• Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness
• Deliver design and technical plan along with POCs for medium or high complexity features in contribution with architect office.

Qualifications / Requirements

Education Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience in Software Development.

Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in Java
• Experience with Unix / Linux side programming
• Scripting knowledge, preferably Bash or Python
• Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, including key deliverables, and the ability to plan and organize tasks accordingly
• Experience creating automates tests

Differentiators:

• Knowledge in C++ or GOLang

• Experience With Docker/Kubernetes
