We are looking for an Associate Legal Content Analyst - IP Law to join our Content Editing team in Barcelona.
This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about IP Law, especially within Spain. We would love to speak with you if you are native level in Spanish and have good knowledge of English language, as well as the previous experience or knowledge of IP Law.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
- Up to 1 year of post-graduate experience
- Native level of Spanish
Fluent In English
- Knowledge of the IP Law and Spanish Law
It would be great if you also have . . .
- Previous experience working within the IP industry optional but preferred.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Apply curation and analysis of IP case law within assigned product database.
- Improve data discoverability through the extraction and analysis of IP case law data points and legal discussions within assigned product database.
- Deliver high-quality records by ensuring completeness, proper data structure, and timeliness of record updates.
- Play an active role in team and maintain awareness of current trends and new developments in area of expertise.
- Monitor and prioritize the daily volume based on the product requirements.
About The Team
- You’ll be reporting to the Team Manager, Legal Content Analysis based in Spain.
- You’ll be part of global team distributed across the globe
- Darts IP is a comprehensive, searchable IP cases solution. We ingest and curate thousands of trademark cases and many of them concern conflicts between trademarks, where the similarity of goods and/or services is being discussed.
Hours Of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, hybrid going to our Barcelona office (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
