Lead Content Producer

Role Summary:

Owns content production across product marketing, brand, and partner enablement for Pinch Payments. Creates video, case studies, sales collateral, and internal resources that support GTM and enterprise motion. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality multimedia content: video, photography, copy, decks, case studies 
• Support sales and partnerships with enablement material 
• Build content hubs for product education, partner onboarding, and channel support 
• Own tone of voice across formats in partnership with marketing and comms  
• Drive demand growth via development of effective content to be distributed via social media

• May be asked to support with the management of paid ad spend on social media platforms and provide social media management support 

What We’Re Looking For:

• Proven track record creating content that drives engagement or revenue 
• Skilled in video editing, design, photography and writing
• Able to connect product capability to clear customer value and revenue operations
• Strong collaborator, especially with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams
