Sr Associate, Software Development Engineering

Job Role: Client support position, .Net developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ASP.NET Core Developer with experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in ASP.NET Core, MVC, ASP.Net Web Forms, and C#, VB.net along with SQL Server, jQuery, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications and resolving client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and MVC, ASP.Net Web Forms.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in C#, VB.Net while following best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with business analysts and to implement user-friendly designs and features using jQuery and JavaScript.

Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including schema design, queries, and performance tuning.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, functionality, and security.

Document development processes, code changes, and application functionality for future reference.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in a related field.

2 to 4 years of experience as a software developer, with a focus on web development using ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web Forms and C#, VB.Net.

Strong understanding of MVC architecture and design principles.

Proficient in SQL Server, with experience in writing complex queries and optimizing performance.

Familiarity with client-side scripting using jQuery and JavaScript.

Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with version control systems, particularly TFS/Git.

Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in Window based .net application would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) is a plus.
