The Role
As a Staff Product Manager, Workspaces at Linktree, you’ll define and lead the next evolution of how agencies, brands, and enterprises manage their presence across Linktree. This is a zero-to-one role focused on building a product that serves multi-profile, multi-account organizations — from global talent agencies managing creators to major brands coordinating dozens of profiles.You’ll own the Workspaces strategy end-to-end: developing deep customer understanding, shaping product vision, and driving execution alongside Engineering and Design. Reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll work closely with leaders across Product, Creator Partnerships, and Engineering to bring an enterprise-friendly, multi-user Linktree experience to life.This is a highly autonomous, self-directed role suited to a PM who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and loves solving complex system and customer problems.
What You’Ll Own
- Define and deliver the Workspaces product vision — building the foundation for how brands, agencies, and organizations manage multiple Linktrees.
- Lead customer discovery across talent agencies, media networks, and enterprise brands to understand their workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate insights into scalable product solutions that empower users to manage dozens or hundreds of profiles through a unified experience.
- Design and evolve complex permissioning and account structures, ensuring flexible, secure access controls across multi-profile organizations.
- Collaborate with Engineering on technical architecture, data modeling, and billing logic to support multi-account, multi-ownership systems.
- Partner with Design and Research to validate hypotheses and refine user experiences for enterprise and agency workflows.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Creator Partnerships, Sales, and Support to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
- Measure impact through usage, retention, and customer satisfaction metrics; iterate rapidly based on data and feedback.
Who We’Re Looking For
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally including enterprise, B2B2C, or multi-account platform products.
- Experience building zero-to-one products or leading large-scale product transformations.
- Strong technical fluency — able to partner deeply with engineers on topics like data modeling, identity, and permissioning systems.
- Proven ability to conduct and synthesize customer research into actionable product insights.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to clearly articulate complex systems and product decisions to diverse audiences.
- Highly autonomous and proactive — you take initiative, define structure in ambiguity, and move fast with limited direction.
- Experience at startups or fast-moving environments where priorities shift quickly and ownership is high.
- Familiarity with agency, creator, or enterprise SaaS tools is a plus (e.g., products serving talent management, brand portfolios, or multi-client work).
