The NOC Analyst ensures the availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise IT networks and systems while leveraging advanced monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues quickly. You must have a TS/SCI clearance.

IT Veterans is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to join our team. The NOC Analyst ensures the availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise IT networks and systems while leveraging advanced monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues quickly. You must have a TS/SCI clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network, server, and application performance in real time using tools such as Splunk and Trellix.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network, system, or application issues to appropriate teams.
- Respond to alerts and incidents to minimize downtime and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and system updates as required.
- Document issues, resolutions, and performance trends in tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and operational improvements.
- Experience in network monitoring, server administration, or IT operations.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) and server hardware/software.
- Proficiency in using monitoring tools such as Splunk and Trellix to track system performance and operational health.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- TS/SCI clearance
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent.
- Experience in a 24/7 NOC or IT operations environment.
- Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization is a plus.
