About The Job:
- New business development: Collaborate with the global team to define new opportunities and projects; follow up and coordinate required activities.
- Accounts management: Conduct regular customer visits, manage order taking, arrange shipments via CSR, and handle accounts receivable.
- Customer relationships: Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with prospective, existing, and new customers in Korea. (Purchasing, Engineering, Project, etc.)
- Market analysis: Monitor and analyze market situations and competition; identify customer potentials, promote sales leads, and develop new business opportunities.
- Sales process management: Oversee the entire sales process including strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and contract conclusion.
- Technical and sales coordination: Coordinate all required technical and sales issues.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales and project status.
- Strategic planning: Participate in strategic sales planning and budgeting.
(Capability of forecast revenue management, business budget plan)
- Product introduction: Introduce new products and technologies to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilize Littelfuse tools to manage customer relationships effectively and track sales performance.
- Training and Development: Continuously improve personal skills through training programs and workshops.
- Innovation: Encourage and implement innovative approaches to sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Team coordination: Work with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Communication: Develop and deliver clear and concise communications both internally and externally.
- Integrity: Maintain a high level of integrity, credibility and confidentiality with respect to company and team.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (MBA is a plus).
- 6-10 years of Sales experience/Project management background in the automotive industry (Automotive electronics or related fields are acceptable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Problem-solving skills, high-level solutions, value selling, and negotiation.
- Proactive team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
