- Bringing our solutions to life through engaging demos.
- Helping new customers understand how agentOS, agentPay, Calmony, and our professional services can transform their business.
- Contributing directly to the revenue and growth that will fuel the next stage of AgentOS.
This role is a chance to make a measurable impact in a fast-moving SaaS/PropTech environment, while building your own career in sales.
The Role
As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across marketing, client services, and operations. Your focus will be to drive new business by delivering product demos and building strong relationships with prospects.
What You’Ll Be Doing
- Deliver demos of agentOS, agentPay, Calmony, and professional services to prospective clients.
- Support the sales pipeline by following up on leads, booking demos, and progressing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads.
- Work with client teams to ensure prospects experience a smooth journey from demo to onboarding.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales role (tech/SaaS experience a plus but not essential).
- Confidence in presenting products and engaging clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- £29,000 base + bonus.
- Hybrid working with Cardiff HQ base.
- Enhanced annual leave (28 days + bank holidays, rising with service).

- Bonus Structure (First 3 Months)
- To help you ramp up successfully and start earning from day one, we’ve built an exciting early commission structure designed to reward learning, effort and results:
• Months 1–3: Earn commission for getting existing customers to bank funds or complete setup with zero funds banked, helping them understand the system’s value. (Existing customers are tracked through HubSpot.)
• Months 1–2: Commission is paid for completing demos, even if they don’t immediately result in a sale.
• From Month 1: Standard sales commission applies for new customers and funds banked, once you’ve completed a full “show and tell” demo.
