We take the time to understand what our customers need and therefore we are looking for a National OEM, Dealer and FMO Manager who will ensure Hidrive is front of market. Please note, this role is available on a fixed term 12-month contract, with an option to renew.

About The Role

This is an exciting position, newly created within the Revenue Group, reporting directly to the National Sales Manager. The primary objectives of this role are to develop both dealers and FMO’s as a path to market/revenue stream for the business, generate sustainably robust profit margins, develop long term sustainable relationships with OEM’s, FMO’s and Dealers by performing with excellence.

Key Accountabilities

  • Contribute to future scanning of the market to proactively ensure that opportunities to disrupt our market are leveraged.
  • Assess new product ideas for viability and relevance in the market through obtaining customer centric insights.
  • Define the scope and deliverables required of new products and product improvements prior to hand over to Engineering for development.
  • Assist the Engineering team in New Product Development by providing market feedback and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales to ensure that GP% on all products is at best possible yield.
  • Contribute to strategic plans relating to new products and revenue streams.
  • Ensure that every sales presentation or proposal is accurate and delivered with excellence that is reflective of the Hidrive brand and mission.
  • Ensure customer pricing levels are managed for best results.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create product documentation and collateral that is front of market. Proactively seek ways of improving our ‘sustainable competitive advantage’ in the market.

Minimum requirements and experience

  • At least 3-5 years proven experience in management of products in this space
  • Experience in automotive based products is an advantage but not essential
  • Experience in Sales roles in companies of equivalent or larger total revenue to Hidrive would be advantageous
  • A strong understanding of Sales and Customer Care best practices
