In This Role, You Will Review And Correct Receipt Data Inside The Wecheer Backoffice System To Ensure Users Receive The Correct Rewards According To Each Campaign’S Rules.

You Will Need To Understand Campaign Schemes, Update Yourself On Eligible Skus And Campaign Changes, And Accurately Reprocess Receipts When System Recognition Mistakes Occur.🚀 Key Responsibilities:🔹 Receipt Reprocessing – Review And Correct Receipt Data In The Wecheer’S Backoffice System (Sku Name, Quantity, Value, Invoice Number, Points Calculation, Etc.).🔹 Campaign Understanding And Continuous Update – Learn And Follow Campaign Schemes, Including Eligible Skus, Reward Logic, And Point Rules.🔹 Data Accuracy Control – Ensure All Corrected Receipts Follow The Campaign Rules And Result In Accurate Reward Points.🔹 Task Distribution – Assign And Monitor Tasks For Part-Time Team Members To Ensure Smooth Workflow.🔹 Process Improvement – Identify Common Issues And Suggest Simple Ways To Make Reprocessing Faster And More Consistent.
