We are seeking a Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team. This is a hands-on and varied role, perfect for someone creative who enjoys working across multiple projects and platforms while assisting to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
About The Role
As our Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll:
- Create designs within InDesign and PowerPoint
- Design and create flyers, posters, videos and internal communication assets
- Coordinate and support national and site-level marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing assets and help maintain shared drives, and digital asset libraries
- Support our care homes with creation of their monthly resident newsletters, employee recognition emails, and other milestone celebrations
- Assist with events and expos, including preparation and coordination. Liaise with suppliers for print, promotional items, and event logistics
- Provide day-to-day support across the marketing team, helping to triage and coordinate requests
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or similar (completed or in progress)
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- High proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Experience with Premiere Pro, Animate and Illustrator (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude with a genuine love for team collaboration and creative problem solving
Experience in aged care, healthcare, or a related industry will be highly regarded, but not essential.
