Marketing Officer

All Energy Contracting (AEC) is a leading construction contractor specialising in the energy and renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, battery, and hybrid facilities. Our core services comprise civil works, trenching, cable installation, electrical and mechanical installations, terminations, testing, commissioning (DC, LV, HV), ongoing maintenance, and consulting.

Position Overview

The Marketing Officer supports All Energy Contracting’s (AEC) growth strategy by delivering creative and engaging marketing and communication initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for coordinating campaigns, developing social media content, supporting public relations and community programs, and business development.

Working across internal and external channels, the Marketing Officer will help promote AEC’s values, strengthen brand awareness, and enhance engagement with clients, partners, and the communities which we work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and confident managing multiple projects, with strong communication skills and a passion for producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the execution of creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns and content
• Coming up with creative and engaging ways to promote AEC’s values within the business, and in market
• Developing creative social media content in collaboration with clients, partners and in the communities in which we work
• Supporting development of our public relations and community engagement programs, including writing media releases and promoting AEC’s sponsorships
• Assisting the implementation and maintenance of AEC’s CRM
• Assist with business development activities, including development of collateral required for bids, proposals and sales presentations
• Facilitate AEC’s participation at industry tradeshows, in addition to staff events and AEC-hosted initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management - you will be a confident communicator with people from all backgrounds and stakeholders at all levels the business
• Tertiary Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management
• 3+ years marketing communications experience, including work in public relations and campaign execution
• A genuine team player and desire to work collaboratively with different departments
• Experience with Wordpress (Elementor) and marketing communications in the Energy and Resources sectors, or a construction environment is desirable
• We are seeking someone with a strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and who enjoys producing high-quality communications.
