Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• To develop and drive relationships with key accounts, managing all aspects of the business partnership to drive customer growth.
• Assist with the development and execution of FO&GT business development strategies.
• Meet or exceed annual sales revenue and margins for the assigned territory.
• Provide monthly reports to management, in-line with business KPI’s and objectives.
• Facilitate and deliver product presentations to represent FO&GT to the wider customer base.  
• Assist with the development of further business regions as required.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure client expectations are met in a timely manner.
• Travel to customer facilities or place of business may be required. 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ sales experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Degree or similar qualification in Engineering, Business or Marketing, preferred.
• Ability to utilise effective communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Access.
• Demonstratable experience of presenting and negotiating, with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to research and analyse trends, write reports, and present data.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, and travel when required.
• Experience using SAP by design preferred.
