The Opportunity

Are you a service-focused Conveyancer or Property Lawyer seeking an exciting opportunity to work from home and play a key role in a reputable, expanding practice? Do you thrive on working closely with respected referrers, clients, and lawyers? If so, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing files from start to finish
• Conduct thorough contract reviews
• Coordinate settlements via PEXA and Duties Online
• Communicate effectively with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate files and databases
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Skills And Experience

• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience as conveyancer or property lawyer
• Cross State Experience in particular New South Wales is highly advantageous
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven experience using PEXA settlements and OSR
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• A positive and pro-active team attitude
