As an Associate Network Technology Support, you’ll be responsible for the requirements, testing, planning & implementation of new software, hardware & applications related to new product delivery, systems architecture, process enhancements, infrastructure, and security.

Key Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Technical troubleshooting to recover from the most complex network problems in real time and restore service;
  • Mitigate/remediate complex technology fault conditions that span multiple production platforms and environments.
  • Technical support and troubleshoot network platform issues including alarm and KPI monitoring (proactive and reactive).
  • Investigate/diagnose network issues, triage and communicate event status and coordinate root cause analysis.
  • Identification of root cause, resolution, workarounds, testing & implementation of vendor / IT fixes or design changes.
  • Work closely with business partners to identify and quantify business issues associated with specific projects, develop, and implement business strategies, and assist in setting strategic technical directions in support of customer-facing organizations.
  • Review and approve proposed technical systems design to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and leadership skills required to recover from the most complex network problems in real time to restore service.
  • Implement restoration of service, that may involve the implementation of vendor / IT fixes or design changes.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain system configurations to achive designed performance and reliability levels using KPI’s.
  • May be required to work as part of a 24/7 staff to deliver network technical support to address escalations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related experience with ticket management, break/fix & tier 2 troubleshooting.
  • Ideal experience with Telco signaling and mobility
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Experience with OSI Layer 3
  • Working location: AT&T Brno office, 1 to 3 days per week
  • Cisco Ccna Certifications

  • Software Testing

  • Technical Writing

  • Working location: AT&T Brno office, 1 to 3 days per week

Working hours: Training will occur in the office on various shifts, after training 3-shifts on rotation, based on business needs.
