We are looking for a Senior Associate Network Technology Support to join our AT&T team whose job is to perform a proactive and reactive network analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, and restoration of service affecting or potentially service affecting network events/issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting, network analysis in similar environment
• General knowledge of Class 5 Switching, SS7/AIN and VOIP network equipment and connectivity (DS0, DS1, DAC, DDM, etc...)
• Basic Unix understanding. Execution of Linux/Unix commands at the command line
• Teamwork and collaboration, strong organizational, communication (both written and oral), interpersonal skills, aptitude to learn new things.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• CCNA certification is a plus.
• Education: Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, related field expected.

Working hours: EMEA day shift, with flexibility (training period will be conducted in afternoon shift as required)

Location: Brno, 1-3 days in the office after trial period.

Compensation: Salary starting from 48,000 CZK gross monthly. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
