JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Equipment Condition Monitoring Analyst (ECMA) will mentor the ECMA Team and maintain the highest level of safety, client loyalty and support across all areas. Develop processes to support and deliver equipment condition monitoring analyst services to our clients to support our Construction and Mining operations. Support ongoing efforts to develop advanced condition monitoring tools, software, and processes to keep Empire on the cutting edge of technology.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Mentor the ECMA team to maintain the highest level of safety, client loyalty, and support across all areas of the company.
• Ensure the use of effective technologies, develop processes support and deliver ECMA services to clients to support our Construction and Mining operations.
• Guide ongoing efforts to develop advanced condition monitoring tools, software and processes to keep on the cutting edge of technology.
• Responsible for analyzing and interpreting aggregated condition monitoring data to facilitate early and accurate detection of changes in equipment health, performance, operation and application.
• Help clients reduce operation costs and improve machine availability by making appropriate fact-based repairs or operational recommendations that enable proactive maintenance, repair and application management.
• Provide emergency recommendations to both our clients and Construction and Mining Product Support Teams.
• Define and establish world class maintenance principles and tools to develop procedures to continuously improve internal condition monitoring processes.
• Work directly with oil analysis personnel to ensure sampling data is available and report infractions to service management.
• Work directly with Service Operations and Product Support areas to request service support for leads generated from condition monitoring processes.
• Distribute fault code reports along with other condition monitoring data to create a seamless client recommendation report.
• Communicate commercial impact problems for both Construction and Mining clients through proper communication channels within all areas.
• Oversee written condition monitoring reports and recommendations to our clients and Construction & Mining Product Support Teams.
• Work closely with the dealer representatives to establish a level of condition monitoring offerings we may provide clients based on their current and future business practices.
• Leverage advanced applications and analytic models.
• Communicate client fleet level trends to necessary individuals.
• Work with dealers and CAT to promote future opportunities and technologies.
• Work safely at all times. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct troubleshooting and technical information to clients, Product Support Managers and Service Operations.
• Establish collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel and client facing dealer representatives.
• Responsible for the integrity of the condition monitoring equipment and processes.
• Work within and promote corporate values.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet client planned component replacement targets and rebuild schedules.
• Work with the data analyst team to develop, validate, and support tools and reports.
• Conduct oil sampling training programs.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Must have extensive knowledge of company’s software tools and business system to extract client and equipment history.
• Must have sufficient interpersonal skills to professionally interact with clients and employees.
• Must have extensive understanding of technical service information, preferably in heavy equipment & mining applications.
• Must have sufficient mechanical aptitude to understand and communicate technical issues throughout all operational areas.
• Must have strong verbal and written technical subject communication skills.
• Must have organization and planning skills sufficient to ensure personal and delegated work assignments are completed on time.
• Functional understanding of Microsoft PowerBi.
• Must be proficient in industry systems, applications, associated reporting and internal operations for the Condition Monitoring workflow process.
• Functional understanding in database management and table relationships.
• Functional understanding in heavy equipment Reliability best practices.
• Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies and use of all required safety equipment.
• Must have acceptable attendance to meet all company standards and requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Bachelor’s degree in related technical fields preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of Condition Monitoring experience, and/or combined education and/or technical work experience in the Earthmoving and Mining industry.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
