• Data Management, Analysis and Reporting
• Track, monitor and manage data for analysis and reporting. Use data points to recommend actions to address business requirements.

Profiling and Decision Making

- Identify best fitting candidates for each campaign. Strong decisions making on interview results. 

• Stakeholder Management
• Provide regular updates to Training, Operations, TA Leaders and other key stakeholders. Share productivity results and actions to address gaps.

Teamwork

- Collaborate with colleagues and other functions to achieve common goals.
