Your Role:

As the Senior Supply Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting the KC-30A Program through efficient and compliant warehouse operations. You’ll manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of aeronautical products while leading day-to-day supply activities to meet operational priorities. 

• Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch aircraft spares in line with Defence and company standards 
• Prepare and package components to approved aeronautical and Defence packaging standards 
• Operate Defence ERP, SAP, or iFlightMRO systems for inventory management 
• Supervise and support supply clerks to ensure smooth workflow and task completion 
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance 

About You:

You’re an organised and proactive professional who takes pride in maintaining accuracy and contributing to a high-performing team. You enjoy hands-on warehouse work, value compliance, and are eager to keep developing your skills in a Defence or aviation environment.  

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in aviation or Defence 
• Familiarity with inventory management systems such as SAP or iFlightMRO 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality 
• Ability to work collaboratively and support team goals 
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role
