As Manager, US Co-Brand Acquisitions, this role will play a critical role in driving program performance to meet target metrics for IHG’s Co-Brand credit card growth. You will maintain strong day-to-day relationships with key partners while leading the ongoing development and implementation of Co-Brand technical enhancements and omni-channel strategy improvements. Collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners, this position will oversee operational execution and performance tracking against strategic plans.
Your day to day
- Develop and execute offers & strategy to drive awareness of IHG One Rewards Credit Card program to acquire new card members
- Support program performance to achieve target metrics for new card applications & accounts
- Design, develop and deliver omni channel strategy enhancements across new digital channels for Co-Brand acquisition offers in partnership with Marketing & Technology
- Actively collaborate with partner and internal stakeholders to manage the day-to-day for US Co-Brand acquisitions
- Analyze and monitor competitive movements of competitors’ strategies and provide critical insights and decisions based on market trends
- Manage operational details and necessities for US Co-Brand acquisition offer launches
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 4-6 years of experience in partnership, consultancy, or agency management
- Experience in engaging cross functional working partnerships in a global organization
- Demonstrated or previous experience with financial partnerships is highly preferred, but not required
- Demonstrates project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
- Strong decision making, influencing/consensus building and analytical skills with clear understanding of impact on IHG revenue goals and bottom-line
Location - Atlanta, GA. Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 – $110,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
