客室部門マネージャーおよびオペレーションディレクターの指導のもと、ハウスキーピングおよびランドリー業務全般を統括。チームの管理、育成、品質・安全基準の維持を通じて、ゲストの快適で心地よい滞在をサポートします。

主な業務内容

チーム管理・育成

外部業者を含むハウスキーピングおよびランドリーチームを管理し、コーチング・トレーニングを実施

業務スケジュール、勤務シフト、日々のタスク配分を最適化

チームメンバー全員に法規制や安全基準遵守の重要性を教育し、安全で効率的なオペレーションを推進

ゲスト体験の向上

ゲストからの苦情や特別リクエストに迅速かつ丁寧に対応

客室、スイート、パブリックエリア、リネンなどが常に高い品質基準を満たすよう確認

大規模清掃プロジェクトをサポートし、繁忙期にはチームとともに現場を支援

財務・業務管理

清掃用品・リネンなどの在庫管理およびコストコントロール

予算策定や生産性向上のためのデータ分析・報告をサポート

品質と効率の両立を図りながら、ホテル全体の運営目標達成に貢献

応募資格

ホテル、リゾート、または類似施設でのハウスキーピング業務経験（スーパーバイザー以上歓迎）

チームマネジメントおよび人材育成の経験

業務改善意識と高いホスピタリティマインド

基本的な英会話力・コミュニケーションスキル

Position: Assistant Housekeeping Manager Job Summary

Under the guidance of the Rooms Division Manager and Director of Operations, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager oversees all housekeeping and laundry operations. This role focuses on leading, training, and motivating the team while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards to ensure a comfortable and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management & Development
• Supervise and train both internal and outsourced housekeeping and laundry teams
• Manage daily schedules, shift planning, and workload distribution effectively
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and legal compliance standards while promoting a positive team culture

Guest Experience Enhancement

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and special requests
• Ensure guestrooms, suites, public areas, and linen consistently meet brand standards
• Support deep-cleaning and seasonal projects, assisting the team during peak periods
• Operational & Financial Management
• Oversee inventory and cost control for cleaning supplies and linen
• Support budgeting, data analysis, and productivity improvements
• Balance quality and efficiency to contribute to the hotel’s overall performance goals
• Experience in housekeeping (supervisory level or above) in a hotel, resort, or similar environment

Qualifications

Proven leadership and team development experience

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and guest service mindset

Basic English communication skills preferred
