Your Day to Day

• Identify, analyze, and consult on complex IT problems and process improvements to enhance efficiency across diverse functions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders and recommend effective solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on clarifying business requirements, process designs, and methods to meet customer and business objectives.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including change management, process streamlining, and implementation to ensure sustainable benefits.
• Develop and guide documentation, metrics tracking, root cause analysis, and reporting to support process adoption and continuous improvement.

What We Need From You

• Preferred experience with data center/global operations, infrastructure, and industry-standard ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ITIL).
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and engage diverse teams including senior management.
• Proficient in process mapping, business process reengineering, analytical reasoning, and systematic data investigation.
• Ability to interpret and apply rules, policies, and business requirements while maintaining confidentiality and delivering results on deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and commitment to obtaining relevant certifications in ITIL, process improvement, or technical disciplines.

Location – Atlanta GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $116,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
