Front Office Team Leader Full Time

Ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? At Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Front Office Team Leader to guide our Guest Service Agents and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

Your Role

• Lead, support, and mentor our Guest Service Agents to deliver exceptional service.
• Support the onboarding and ongoing training of our Guest Service Agents
• Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries.
• Be the first point of escalation for guest issues, resolving them with professionalism and care.
• Work closely with Duty Managers and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the team and lobby.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services, ideally in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Confidence in using hotel systems and managing multiple priorities.
• A guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
