What you’ll do
- Provide technical leadership and direction across multiple projects.
- Design, architect, and implement high-performance, scalable solutions in C#/.NET.
- Ensure architectural consistency and modern engineering best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Research, QA, and Professional Services.
- Mentor and coach developers, continuously raising the technical bar.
- Define and uphold code quality, testing, and deployment standards.
- Help shape the long-term technical strategy and development roadmap.
- Manage a team of developers and QA engineers.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of hands-on experience developing with C#/.NET in production environments.
- Strong command of SQL and relational database design.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles and architecture patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience mentoring or managing developers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and align teams around shared goals.
- Strong problem-solving mindset — proactive, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented.
- Domain knowledge of financial derivatives and risk management concepts.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in FinTech, capital markets, or trading/risk platforms.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience optimizing performance in large, complex codebases.
- Exposure to distributed systems, multithreading, or high-frequency data processing.
