Job Description:

• QMR for HCS
• Directs activities to implement strategy and processes that meet required regulatory standards and Quality Assurance best practices for manufacturing.in the product lifecycle, including investigations and corrective and preventive actions taken to mitigate risks.
• Directs department to follow systems and processes that follow Quality Assurance best practices, including documentation and auditing.
• Collaborates with multiple departments on overall quality strategy, updates, and processes.
• Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
• Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
