Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with experience across Identity products who can refine, and drive our identity product strategy

Someone who is passionate about building internal platforms that improve the developer and user experience ensuring reliability and satisfaction of our internal stakeholders

What the role is all about

You are the Senior Product Manager for REA’s Identity products. Collaborating with technology & product leaders across the business, you will translate Launchpad’s and Identity’s product strategy into tangible product roadmaps for your domain and be able to articulate the value and impact associated with our products.

While your primary focus is on identity products, managing stakeholder needs will be key.Your influence will be key in aligning technology and product across multiple lines of business while ensuring our products are secure, reliable and easy to use. You'll champion our products to drive high-quality outcomes ensuring research is always on.

Who we’re looking for 

• Minimum 5 years in product management or related role within a complex technology environment
• Background in designing identity-focused user experiences
• A passion for technology and building internal platforms
• Strong understanding of identity concepts including authentication, authorisation, directory services, and identity lifecycle management
• Familiarity with enterprise identity Products e.g., Auth0
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
