About The Role

Based in our central Hub in Allambie, you will be working alongside our teams of clinical therapists, behaviour support practitioners, equipment services and corporate teams. You will report in to the therapy manager at Allambie Heights, and have a small team of Allied Health Assistants reporting to you directly.

The Sports Coordinator leads the day-to-day operations of CPA's Accessible Sports Program, ensuring high levels of service for our clients and maintaining our reputation as a quality service provider. You will coordinate the rostering of staff, training and onboarding for new Allied Health Assistants, and organisation of our social Boccia competitions on Monday and Wednesday mornings.

The Sports Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a safe operating environment as well as risk mitigation and management for all CPA staff, clients and families. You will identify opportunities for improvement and work to make positive changes within the sports programs at CPA.

On occasion you may also need to step in and lead the sports programs if your team are not available, so experience working within a sporting environment or within the disability sector will be beneficial, as well as a passion for working closely with our clients to support them in accessing sporting programs.
