Warehouse Associate

We’re looking for hardworking and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our Operations team. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly — whether handling inbound deliveries, preparing outbound orders, or managing fresh produce.

What You’Ll Do

Inbound

• Receive and inspect deliveries from suppliers.
• Verify product quantities and quality against delivery documents.
• Label, organize, and store products properly.
• Update stock records and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the receiving area.

Outbound

• Pick and pack customer or store orders accurately.
• Verify items before dispatch to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with drivers for timely delivery.
• Maintain order accuracy and reduce dispatch errors.
• Support regular inventory counts.
• Handle, sort, and pack fresh produce with care.
• Check product freshness and quality before storage or dispatch.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO handling and food safety standards.
• Ensure proper temperature and storage conditions.
• Minimize spoilage and wastage through proper handling.
• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate.
• Maintain order accuracy and reduce dispatch errors.
• Support regular inventory counts.

What We’Re Looking For

• With or without warehouse experience — training will be provided!
• Physically fit and can perform manual warehouse tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player.
