Key Responsibilities:
- Change Enablement – Prepare the business for upcoming change initiatives, ensuring optimal adoption and usage of Salesforce across Sales and Customer Service departments.
- Training Delivery – Plan and conduct training sessions for end users, including onboarding for new employees and refresher courses for existing teams.
- Onboarding Programs – Develop and continuously improve the New Hire Onboarding Program to ensure a smooth and consistent start for all new Salesforce users.
- Super User Development – Design and deliver advanced training programs for super users, with a focus on maintaining high master data quality.
- Functional Updates – Support business-driven Change Requests by providing clear communication and regular updates on new features and functionalities.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Conduct regular Country Manager check-ins to align on progress, challenges, and adoption trends.
- Performance Monitoring – Track and analyze usage KPIs, identify issues or adoption gaps, and propose corrective actions to improve engagement and system utilization.
- Community Management – Build and maintain a strong super user network through events, communications, and ongoing motivation initiatives.
- Operational Support – Provide second-level support for Salesforce business logic and process-related inquiries.
We Expect:
- Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Professional Experience – Some years in a similar role, with proven success in change management and training delivery.
- Training Expertise – Experienced in designing, preparing, and delivering effective training programs for diverse employee groups.
- CRM Knowledge – Hands-on experience training Sales and Customer Service teams on CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Analytical Skills – Strong ability to assess training effectiveness and apply data-driven improvements.
- Communication & Presentation – Excellent skills in conveying complex topics clearly, confidently, and engagingly.
- Project Management – Skilled in coordinating multiple initiatives, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-Solving & Support – Capable of addressing business logic questions and providing actionable solutions.
- Language Skills – Fluent in English; other languages such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, or others are a plus.
