We are seeking a motivated Pathologist with strong
foundations in pathology (oncology focus
preferred) and a passion for AI, digital pathology, and
translational innovation.
Role Overview
The Pathologist will serve as a key clinical expert for
ThinkBio.ai’s pathology initiatives. The role
combines oncopathology expertise with broader pathology
knowledge, content validation, and
knowledge creation to support AI-powered solutions. This
position requires both academic rigor and
innovation, working closely with clinicians, scientists, and
engineers.
Key Responsibilities
• Pathology & Oncology Expertise
o Provide domain expertise in oncopathology (priority) while
supporting other
pathology areas as required.
o Stay updated on latest advances in pathology (diagnostics,
biomarkers,
Classifications, Molecular Assays).
o Ensure accuracy and clinical reliability in
pathology-focused content validation.
• AI, Digital & Telepathology
o Collaborate on projects in digital pathology,
telepathology, and AI-driven
Workflows.
o Validate AI model outputs related to histopathology, tumor
grading, classification,
And Biomarker Detection.
• Content & Knowledge Development
o Validate medical content (MBBS-level and above) for
accuracy and clinical alignment.
o Create pathology notes, structured resources, and
knowledge graphs for disease
Segments In Focus.
o Reference standard pathology textbooks and guidelines in
all deliverables.
• Reporting & Collaboration
o Provide weekly summary reports of activities and
contributions.
o Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with clinicians,
researchers, and data
Scientists.
o Deliver 1–2 online presentations per month to clinical and
non-clinical teams.
o Share innovative ideas and inputs to guide research and
product development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MD in Pathology (mandatory).
- 1 year of job experience preferable (oncology-related experience strongly valued).
- Strong understanding of oncopathology, tumor biology, and biomarkers, plus general
Pathology Knowledge.
- Familiarity with digital pathology, telepathology, and AI applications in pathology.
- Demonstrated ability to validate pathology-specific content accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to present to both clinicians and non-clinicians.
- Good work ethics, flexibility in working hours, and willingness to travel frequently to the
Kochi Office.
• Passion for AI advancements in pathology and a
collaborative, innovative mindset.

- Prior experience in oncology diagnostics or exposure to multi-specialty pathology.
- Strong academic referencing and ability to translate complex pathology into structured
