Inviting applications for the role of Vice President- Digital Program Manager Agentic AP 

In this role, we are looking for a Digital Program Manager with deep expertise in Agentic AP to lead strategic transformation programs across enterprise clients.  

The Digital Program Manager will drive large-scale Salesforce programs that integrate Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Accounts Payable (AP) process automation. This role requires a unique blend of Salesforce expertise, AI innovation, and finance domain knowledge to deliver intelligent, automated, and scalable digital solutions. 

Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Leadership 

  • Define and execute multi-year Salesforce transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives. 
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives leveraging Agentic AI and LLM technologies for AP process transformation programs across multiple business units. 
  • Translate client business needs into scalable Salesforce architecture and program delivery models. 
  • Ensure program governance, risk management, and delivery excellence. 

Ai-Driven Solutions:

  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design and implement intelligent workflow automation, and generative AI use cases within Salesforce (e.g., invoice processing, supplier interactions, predictive analytics). 

Ap Domain Focus:

  • Translate AP business requirements (invoice lifecycle, vendor management, approvals, GL coding) into Salesforce-based digital solutions. 
  • Develop multi-phase roadmaps integrating Salesforce, AI models, and AP platforms to enable intelligent automation. 
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities and best practices. 
  • Manage executive-level communication, presenting progress, value realization, and risks in business terms. 
  • Align business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure Salesforce adoption and measurable ROI. 
  • Lead cross-functional global teams including Salesforce consultants, architects, developers, and business SMEs. 
  • Champion Agile methodologies for iterative and scalable Salesforce delivery. 
  • Oversee integration of Salesforce with enterprise applications (ERP, Data Platforms, Cloud). 
  • Drive end-to-end accountability for program budgets, timelines, and business outcomes. 
  • Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and impact. 
  • Change Management & Adoption

Execution & Delivery

  • Ensure successful deployment and user adoption of Salesforce solutions across global organizations. 
  • Introduce emerging technologies and best practices to continually improve program outcomes. 
  • Measure and report on value realization (customer experience, sales productivity, service efficiency, etc.). 

Financial & Operational Oversight 

  • Own program financials, including forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor/partner management. 
  • Ensure cost-effective delivery and ongoing optimization of Salesforce investments. 
  • Partner with Salesforce and ecosystem partners (ISVs, SIs) to maximize business value 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. 
  • Relevant years of experience in program/project management roles, with at least relevant experience of direct Salesforce program leadership. 
  • Strong hands-on experience across Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds. 
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations (multi-cloud or multi-geo). 
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures, Large Language Models, and their enterprise applications. 
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, AppExchange solutions Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc) 
  • Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and finance operations. 
  • Expertise in Agile/Hybrid project management methodologies and budget/resource planning. 
  • Familiarity with data migration, Lightning components, and declarative automation (Flow, Process Builder). 
  • Salesforce certifications: PMP, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, or Salesforce Consultant certifications. 
  • Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe Agilist) strongly preferred. 
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations (multi-cloud or multi-geo). 
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures, Large Language Models, and their enterprise applications.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$160,000 to $200,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
