 Inviting applications for the role of Vice President- Salesforce Delivery Leader  

The Salesforce Delivery Leader oversees the successful execution of Salesforce programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and technical excellence. This role blends strategic leadership, delivery management, and deep Salesforce expertise to drive digital transformation. Experience across various Clouds is expected – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Services, CPQ, Data Cloud, Einstein etc. 

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple large IT programs across varied prestigious clients across the globe. 
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and custom solutions. This includes multi-tower engagements where data migration and integration with client systems is also part of deliverables. 
• Manage project planning, execution, and governance across multiple accounts or programs (minimum 4-5 projects) 
• Collaborate closely with clients to define scope, timelines, and success metrics  
• Ensure quality, compliance, documentation and performance across all delivery streams

• Collaborate closely with technical team and customer’s systems and IT team in connection with data feeds, data mapping, and new system training. 
• Drive resource planning, forecasting, and fulfilment across global teams  
• Act as a primary escalation point for delivery issues and risks  
• Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and estimation processes. May be asked to step into advisory role for clients  
• Foster continuous improvement through automation, innovation, and best practices, as well as run POCs for future solution frameworks 

Leadership & Strategic Impact  

• Drive delivery-led growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts  
• Represent the organization in executive client meetings, QBRs, and industry forums  
• Align delivery outcomes with business transformation goals  
• Stakeholder management, P&L management & Excellent communication skills. 
• Able to work well across departments and skills levels. 
• Flexibility and willingness to travel. At times it may be extensive and at short notices. 

Qualifications we seek in you!  

Minimum Qualifications And Core Competencies:

• B.E or B.Tech or MCA  
• Relevant years of experience in IT delivery, with strong Salesforce program management background  
• Proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations  
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration, and customization  
• Strong leadership in Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models  
• Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and vendor relationships  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skill  
• Business & Functional Domain expertise (not mandatory): 
• B.E or B.Tech or MCA  
• Relevant years of experience in IT delivery, with strong Salesforce program management background  
• Proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations  
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration, and customization

• Business & Functional Domain expertise (not mandatory): 
• Domain exposure to CPG, Manufacturing, F&A, Healthcare … will be an added advantage for the candidate.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is  

[$160,000to $200,000). The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
