Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Orchestration Presales Leader
As the VP, Orchestration Presales Leader, you will spearhead the global presales strategy and execution for the Genpact Orchestration AI Suite platform – a low-code intelligent business process management suite that integrates workflow, AI, and cloud technologies to drive enterprise transformation. You will lead a high-performing team of solution architects, working closely with product, delivery, and GTM teams to shape compelling client solutions and accelerate revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the global presales strategy for the Genpact Orchestration AI Suite platform, aligned with Genpact’s AI-first transformation agenda and ARR business model shift.
- Partner with Product, R&D, and Delivery to shape the roadmap and ensure presales readiness for new offerings and releases.
- Develop and implement robust pricing strategies for solutions based on the Genpact Orchestration AI Suite platform, ensuring they align with business objectives and market dynamics to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
- Own and deliver revenue and margin targets in partnership with Sales teams, ensuring joint accountability and seamless execution from presales through deal closure.
- Drive alignment with Microsoft and other strategic alliances to co-sell and co-innovate solutions, leveraging marketplace activation and Azure consumption benefits.
Solutioning & Deal Support
- Lead complex, multi-tower solutioning efforts across Workflow, AI, and Cloud, in support of the Sales team, while ensuring technical and commercial alignment with client needs.
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic pursuits, guiding teams through discovery, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with domain SMEs and architects to tailor solutions for verticals such as Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, and High Tech.
Team Leadership & Enablement
- Manage and mentor a global team of presales professionals, including architects and technical leads.
- Build a scalable presales operating model with clear intake, triage, solutioning, and handoff processes.
- Drive certification and enablement programs in partnership with L&D and HR to build deep AI orchestration expertise.
Business Impact & Innovation
- Contribute to the strategic growth plan for the Genpact Orchestration AI Suite, including pipeline acceleration and win-rate improvement.
- Champion innovation in agentic AI, workflow automation, and outcome-based service models.
- Track and report on presales KPIs, including conversion rates, cycle times, and solution reuse.

Minimum Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in presales, solutioning, or consulting roles in BPM, automation, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven leadership at VP or equivalent level, with global team management experience.
- Deep understanding of process orchestration platforms (e.g., Pega, Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.), AI/ML integration, and Generative AI/Agentic AI capabilities.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, solution architecture, and design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to identify client needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating exceptional executive presence, client management and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Experience with cloud technologies using Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem and marketplace co-sell models.
- Track record of building and scaling presales functions in high-growth environments.
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$160,000 to $200,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
