Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate – Change Manager
Handles license management, usage monitoring, and renewal coordination. Supports operational tasks and assists in compliance tracking. Focuses on process improvement, CSI initiatives, and training. Ensure SAM processes are standardized and scalable.
Responsibilities:
•    Review and document change requests, managing the approval process and ensuring proper risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place.
•    Manage change requests for various Biz units, prioritizing them based on impact and urgency, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
•    Communicate scheduled blackout/freeze periods to ensure proper risk mitigation during high-priority times
•    Generate change advisory board (CAB) meeting agenda
•    Facilitate CAB meetings, manage follow-up items, and document CAB meeting minutes
•    Attend daily change review meetings,
•    Attend weekly meetings to review their changes.
•    Send out daily major change communication.
•    Review Knowledge articles and update/modify as needed
•    Provide change management training as needed.
•    Generate change Management KPIs/SLAs
•    Should be well versed in ITSM reporting

• Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Experienced
