Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility
We are seeking a seasoned CSR Manager to lead our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and implement CSR strategies, manage partnerships, and ensure impactful community engagement.
Responsibility
1. *Develop CSR Strategy*: Create and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligning with company values and objectives.
2. *Program Management*: Oversee CSR programs, ensuring effective delivery, monitoring, and evaluation.
3. *Partnership Development*: Foster partnerships with NGOs, community groups, and stakeholders to drive CSR initiatives.
4. *Stakeholder Engagement*: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, communities, and regulatory bodies.
5. *Reporting and Compliance*: Ensure CSR reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. *Team Management*: Lead and manage a team of CSR professionals, providing guidance and support.

• Minimum Qualifications
• 1. *Experience*: Relevant years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community development.
• 2. *Education*: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, business, sustainability).
• 3. *Skills*:
•    - Strategic thinking and planning
•    - Partnership development and management
•    - Stakeholder engagement and communication
•    - Program management and evaluation
•    - Team leadership and management
• Preferred Qualifications/Skilss:
• 1. *Certifications*: CSR, sustainability, or related certifications (e.g., CSR certification, sustainability professional certification).
• 2. *Industry Experience*: Experience working in a specific industry or sector (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare).
