This is a remote position.
About The Role
We are looking for a Support Associate to join our team and provide frontline support for our Meta CAPI Gateway and Signals Gateway solutions. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to client success.
Requirements
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 0 – 1 year (freshers encouraged to apply).
Skills:
- Basic understanding of web technologies (domains, DNS, mapping).
- Familiarity with digital advertising and analytics concepts (Facebook/Meta Ads, Pixels, CAPI) is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms to non-technical customers.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle incoming support tickets and queries related to CAPI Gateway and Signals Gateway.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues such as:
- Domain verification and domain mapping
- Pixel and event setup validation
- Billing and subscription-related queries
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members where required.
Technical Assistance
- Assist clients with configuration steps, ensuring correct setup of product integrations.
- Work with internal documentation to guide clients through solutions.
- Test and validate simple fixes or updates before providing solutions.
- Client Success & Opportunity Identification
- Proactively look for upsell and cross-sell opportunities during client interactions.
- Route identified opportunities to the account management or delivery team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to retention goals.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Building
- Work closely with Product, Delivery, and Success teams to improve support workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product functionality, updates, and known issues.
- Document and share best practices and troubleshooting steps with the team.
