  • Establish & Reinforce Best Practices: Work directly with initiative stakeholders to design effective forums, maintain high-quality program artifacts, structure persistent teams, and ensure alignment across functions.
  • Knowledge Management: Build and maintain a knowledge library to centralize resources, tools, and learnings that accelerate adoption and improve outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate feedback sessions, synthesize themes, and create actionable improvement plans to refine the delivery model.

Qualifications:

  • Proven delivery leader with 5+ years of project, program, and/or change management experience leading high-priority, large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in the software product development life cycle and agile delivery methodologies; working knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management a strong plus.
  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures and building trusted, cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills; strong presentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change while maintaining focus on program goals and outcomes.
  • Confidence and comfort engaging with senior leadership and executive-level audiences.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable results across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Why This Role Matters?
